Registration |
The
system generates a unique registration
number for each. The system captures
several demographic details which are
exhaustive, however not all fields are
mandatory at the time of registration.
The system has adequate search and recall
details from previous registration. |

Admission, Discharge and Transfer
|
The
ADT system is the central control of
all room allocations. The ADT system
displays the status of all the beds
of all wards in the hospital. |

Billing

Out Patient
Billing module includes generation
of bills for a particular patient with
reference to the tests undergone by
him, Health Check-Up Plans, Day Care
Surgery Packages, Day Care Surgeries
apart from the Consultation with the
doctor. |

IP Billing
module includes generation
of bills for all the In-Patients. Billing
will be activated the movement a patient
comes to the hospital and gets registered
and he is given a unique IP ID. It takes
into account the complete billable information
right from the admit date, time to the
discharge date and time. |

Auto Discharge Summary |
The
module captures all the relevant data
from RADT module, ward, pharmacy, Lab,
OT and other departments and automatically
reflects the details in the discharge
summary report. Auto discharge summary
reduces the turn around time for generating
discharge summary. |

to retrieve information from the database
